DAS projects 2015 – 2018
Responsible for scheduling and perfoming the commissioning, Integration, call & NEA testing, and provided Site Acceptance support for turn up procedures with AT&T/T-Mobile owned or third party owned DAS systems using Alcatel-Lucent hardware (9926 NodeB and eNodeB) with ALU software and MOPs, as well as Nokia software on new Airscale Platform (FSM4)
Commissioning and integration of ALU 7705 SIADs using AT&T ACAT software and work orders provided by AT&T
e911 compliance on all sites completed directly with AT&T e911 teams
Worked nationwide at multiple venues including Secure Facilities, NFL and MLB stadiums, and Entertainment venues
Upward facing and responsible for status and Issues/Action to AT&T market leadership
Audit projects 2015 – 2017
Trained, Lead, and Scheduled over 20 field teams to Perform audits for AT&T nationally
Audits included: Repairs and preventative maintenance of HVAC systems, Generators, Building structures, Grounding Systems, Pest Control Systems, and Yards
Utilized AT&T CTS Mobility system to search site info, issue TT to Field Force for Vendor meets
Utilized AT&T MDAT online database for work details and reporting back to AT&T
Utilized AT&T NSFD team for check in/out procedures and troubleshooting
Nokia Upgrades 2017-2018
Sprint upgrades for 2.5 TDD with new bCAM and bCEM2 equipment and carrier aggregation
Certified on Nokia FSM4 Airscale installation and integration, and worked with Nokia engineering teams to analyze and revise technical site survey methodology to create appropriate site specific MOPs and BOMs
Installation of new Airscale base stations (FSM4), and migration of live sites from existing ALU 9926 platform to FSM4

Wireless Small Cell site installation 2016-2018
Managed teams and Lead project - Complete site prep including utility permits, surveying, trenching and conduit from fiber drop at street to building fiber entrance. Roof prep to penetrate membrane roof with conduit. Ground and rooftop platform installation. And AC and DC power work, as well as batteries.
Rooftop sleds, wall mounted, and stealth concealment of antennas
All conduit, cabling, fiber, and grounding include new site ground ring installation using CADWELD or equivalent
Antenna and antenna line installation and testing using PIM and SWEEP Anritsu equipment
Verizon infrastructure upgrades 2017
Generator replacement and shelter upgrades, including power and alarm installation, vent and fuel line pipe fitting, and structural support modifications
T-Mobile PPC Replacement Project 2017-2018
Replaced outdated circuit breaker panels with new PPCs with integrated generator plugs
Worked with utility and local electricians to shut down power to site during maintenance windows and changed replaced outdated power with PPC within limited time frame
Raw land site inspection 2017-2018
Customer facing with AT&T representatives, tower construction manager, surveyor, and prospective landlords
Discussed ideal tower placement, measured, marked, and drafted
Flagged in field and tracked via GPS survey equipment to draw up site plan of lease area and site compound footprint
Measured and flagged easements for power and fiber using nearest utility information and locations found in the field
